Austrian paper maker Laakirchen Papier AG has in-vested about €4 million with the aim to optimise the production of its PM11 for eco-friendly publication papers, the manufacturer said in a statement.
"This measure represents both a commitment on the part of the Upper Austrian mill to continue to produce graphic papers for the printing indus-try and a clear indication of its role as a highly responsible and environ-ment-conscious industrial enterprise," the Austrian producer said in a statement.
The mill is fitted with a capacity to produce more than 300,000 tonnes per year. Laakirchen Papier AG is part of Austria’s Heinzel Paper group
