Metsä Board CEO resigns

Mikko Helander resigns from his position as Metsä Board’s CEO to join Kesko Corporation as of 1 December 2014. Helander will continue as Metsä Board’s CEO for the time being.

The Board of Directors of Metsä Board has initiated a process to appoint a new CEO.
