An affiliate of Peak Rock Capital announced recently that it has acquired Florida-based Atlas Paper Mills, LLC, a manufacturer of tissue paper.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Atlas produces a complete line of tissue products, including bath tissue, towels and facial tissue for the away-from-home and retail channels. The company provides both branded (“Green Heritage”) and private label products throughout North America.

"We believe Atlas is an excellent platform for expansion through organic growth and strategic add-on acquisitions and are excited to work with the company’s outstanding management team in pursuing these opportunities.”
The company produces about 34,000 tons of recycled tissue products per year.
