The Swedish packaging company Papyrus is expanding its business in Norway with the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Arto Emballasje AS. The company, which specialises in the wholesale of industrial supplies and packaging, will become part of the Papyrus Supplies business area.

The acquisition of Arto Emballasje is fully in line with this strategy. Closing of the transaction is expected in February, subject to completion of certain conditions and approval by Norwegian regulatory authorities.
