German packaging and printing equip-ment maker Windmöller & Hölscher has set up a subsidiary in Poland, based in the country’s capital Warsaw.
"With the new daughter company as sales and service unit we ex-pand the capacities locally," Torsten Berding, a sales manager at W&H responsible for the region Europe North and managing director of the new subsidiary in Poland, said in a statement.
The company says that "it wants to move even closer to its customers and further improve its service offering with local technicians" with the use of its new offshoot.
