Romanian paper packaging maker Barleta has secured funds to finance the construction of two new facilities that are to expand its production capacity. “We want to construct a new plant in Bacau … and a facility to make more paper bags,” Corneliu Enache, the financial director of Barleta, told local business daily Ziarul Financiar.
The two projects are estimated to be worth some €1.1 million. Of these, 80% will be provided by a bank loan, and the remaining 20% by the company’s own funds, according to data released by Barleta.
