According to the company, the Bulgarian operations including Trakia Paper Mill & Pazardzhik Plant have been awarded the ISO 50001 certification.
The purpose of the ISO 50001 International Standard is to enable organisations to establish the systems and processes necessary to improve energy performance, including energy efficiency, use, and consumption. The implementation of this standard will lead to reductions in energy consumption and costs, and other related environmental impacts, through systematic management of energy.
