U.S. paper producer to launch mill under $320M projectU.S. paper maker Crossroads Paper has announced plans to build a new mill that is to recycle used cardboard and mixed paper. The facility is to be opened in early 2022 in Utah, the U.S.

 

The mill, which is to be launched under an investment worth some US$320 million, is expected to provide more than 110 direct jobs and generate more than US$1 billion in revenue over a period of 10 years, according to the information obtained by local daily Deseret News.

 

The plant will produce some 1,000 tonnes of packing paper per day, using 100% recycled fiber from cardboard boxes and waste paper.
