Recenttly, China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. and LLC "Siberwood" signed a framework contract for the construction of biorefinery complex in the Yenisei district of Krasnoyarsk Region.
A key partner of the project - China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. will act as a main contractor and attract credit financing of banking institutions of China, according to Siberwood. Other partners in the project include Andritz, Hawkins Wright, and NPK LCC.
The amount of the framework contract is 1.78 billion dollars. The start of construction planned in the second half of 2016, the start-up in 2019.
