Koehler to hike price for carbonless paper

German paper producer Koehler Paper Group said that it will increase the price for its carbonless paper for customers in South Africa.

Prices for reels and sheets will go up by 6% for shipments from mid-November onwards, Koehler said.

Koehler noted that the price hike was implemented in Europe and Latin Americain in June.

The company blamed ongoing cost increases for raw materials, energy, wages and transportation as factoring into its decision to boost prices.
