Schoellershammer to expand its fluting capacity

After having received green light to build a new paper machine, German Papierfabrik Schoellershammer has signed contracts for the financing and construction of the new plant PM 6, which will produce fluting and testliner.

According to Euwid, the investment will reach €100m.

PM6 is expected to start production in December 2016. The majority of the production is destined for export on the European market.

The overall capacity of the Düren mill is expected to increase from 230,000 tpy to over 500,000 tpy.
