Fedrigoni listed on Borsa Italiana in Milan

Coated woodfree and specialty paper manufacturer Fedrigoni has been approved for listing on the Star segment of the Italian stock exchange Borsa Italiana in Milan and has launched an initial public offering on 13 October, according to Euwid Pulp & Paper. The company believes that the stock exchange listing will provide a boost to the company's expansion plans.

The global offer consists of a maximum of 32.73 million shares, corresponding to 35.01% of the company's share capital.  

The company might use the IPO proceeds to expand its market presence, according to Euwid.
