Convertipap invests in Paper Converting Machine Company’s (PCMC) Amica Matrix line in Mexico to expand its manufacturing business.

This is the second successful start-up for Convertipap by PCMC; the new converting line of the 100% Mexican company is dedicated to the production of toilet rolls thus further widening the range of products converted: serviettes, hand towels, facial tissue, industrial rolls, toilet paper and kitchen towels.

Convertipap’s Amica Matrix line, setted up for a production speed of 650 mpm, features two unwinders model BS2502, quick change embossing unit NT 5501, Amica Matrix rewinder, tail sealer Rotoseal 45, accumulator model A400 and Prolog LT log saw.

The purchase of the new PCMC line represents once again the total reliability, strong performance and high production capacity of the Matrix Technology.

Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC) has been specializing for over 98 years in the design and manufacture of converting machinery for the tissue, nonwovens and flexographic printing industries.
