Elliott Baxter & Company Limited (EBB Paper) has acquired 100 per cent of Denian Office Limited.

Ray Green and Martyn Sunderland established Denian 34 years ago, and over that period they have built a successful Office Supplies business.

Elliott Baxter & Company Limited are this year celebrating their 90th year in business. They are a family-run company which has a reputation for providing the best service in the industry. Having originally started trading in central London in 1922, they have today grown to a national paper merchant, with 10 regional sales offices and distribution centres around Great Britain, and an expected turnover this year of £100 million.

Commenting on the deal Matt Elliott said "Our long term plan is that this acquisition will be the springboard to a larger move into the Office Supplies Market. This announcement demonstrates the Directors' desire to keep EBB Paper moving forward purposefully and at the forefront of paper supply in the UK".
