Pehart Tec new expansion project

In order to satisfy the growing demand for domestic and export markets, Pehart Tec has just finalized contracts for the next step of expansion with a 25 million Euro investment plan. The expansion will take place in two phases and includes the supply of a converting line from CMG SpA (Costruzioni Meccaniche Gambini) and of a complete tissue plant from Toscotec SpA

Toscotec’s “turn-key” project includes AHEAD 2.0 tissue machine with double-layer headbox, 15’ Steel Yankee Dryer (TT-SYD), machine auxiliaries, stock preparation plant for virgin pulp, a three ply tissue rewinder complete of roll handling system, electrification and control system.
Machine speed will be 2000 m/min with a net trim width of 2750 mm and a daily production of 110 tons.

Start up of the new converting line is foreseen for January 2009 while the tissue plant will start up on April 2009.

“This investment will be a milestone by launching our company among the most modern and quality oriented tissue producers in Eastern Europe” - said Mr. Ioan Tecar, President of Pehart Tec - “setting new standards for the romanian market”.
