Marchesini Group S.p.A. recently announced the acquisition of Pharma and Cosmetic technology from PRB S.p.A.
The acquisition includes technology for secondary packaging (wrappers, case packers, cartoners and palletizers) of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Although packaging is an integral part of Marchesini Group product line, this acquisition will allow additional packaging platforms to be offered as highly integrated system solutions inside pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets.
